What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is generally possible from 2 pm. Earlier check ins are offered depending in availability, but not guaranteed. We check you in as soon as your room is ready. In order to simplify and speed up to the process, you receive a link on your arrival day to share your data with us. Please use this opportunity to let us know about any special requests, allergies or dietary reestictions.
We ask you to vacute your room by 10 am on your departure day. If you'd like to depart earlier, we ask you to settle your bill the night before. Later check-outs are only possibly upon prior enquiry and for a fee.
Yes, we have barrier-free rooms. When booking, please let us know that you need a barrier-free room.
There is also a barrier-free parking space available. The path from the barrier-free parking lot to the main entrance door is paved. Reception, restaurant, bar, sauna and rooms can be reached without steps. There are no public, barrier-free toilets on the ground floor (restaurant, bar, reception area). The nearest barrier-free toilet can be found in your room. We are happy to provide further information about our accessibility by phone.

Dogs are only allowed upon request and only from the age of 1 year! When making your reservation request, please indicate that you would like to travel with your dog. We take the liberty to charge a dog cleaning surcharge of 25 € until 45 € per day. On request we provide a dog bed.

Please take into account that dogs have no access to the restaurant and wellness area.

We serve breakfast from 7.30 to 10.30 am at our restaurant.
Yes, the spa area of our hotel with pool, saunas, relax areas & more is also free for apartment-guests.
Winter:
Pool morning: 7 to 8 am (weather permitting and on request)
Pool afternoon: 3.30 to 8 pm
Textile sauna: 3.30 to 8 pm
Sauna nude area: 4 pm to 8 pm
Summer:
Pool: 7 to 10.30 am and 12 to 8 pm
Textile sauna: 3.30 to 8 pm
Sauna nude area: 4 to 8 pm
Spa bag, bathrobe and bath slippers are waiting for you in your room for the duration of your stay. On request you will also receive children's bathrobes.
Of course, your booked apartment is fully equipped.
Yes, the cleaning after departure is included.
