Are there wheelchair-accessible or barrier-free hotel rooms or apartments?

Yes, we have barrier-free rooms. When booking, please let us know that you need a barrier-free room.

There is also a barrier-free parking space available. The path from the barrier-free parking lot to the main entrance door is paved. Reception, restaurant, bar, sauna and rooms can be reached without steps. There are no public, barrier-free toilets on the ground floor (restaurant, bar, reception area). The nearest barrier-free toilet can be found in your room. We are happy to provide further information about our accessibility by phone.

Are dogs welcome in the hotel or apartments?

Only dogs with a maximum height of 20 cm are allowed in the double room and the apartments. However, a cleaning fee of € 25.00 per day will be charged.

Are there extra beds?

All rooms & apartments have a comfortable sofabed. In addition, we can also offer you an extra bed if required.

Can the double bed also be pushed apart?

Unfortunately, no.

Is there a minibar in the room?

All rooms are equipped with a fridge, but they are not filled.

Are handicap-accessible/barrier-free rooms and/or apartments available?

There are 2 rooms with 2 barrier-free bathrooms.

Are there cots and baby beds?

Yes, we can provide baby’s and children’s cots.

Can rooms also be booked for 1 night?

Yes, the rooms and apartments can also be booked for one night.

Is there indoor parking or parking facilities?

There are parking facilities directly at the hotel.

Is parking included in the price?


Is it possible to book the rooms only with breakfast?

In low season the rooms can also be booked only with breakfast. Not in the high season.

What time and where is breakfast?

We serve breakfast from 7:30 to 10:00 at our restaurant.

Is the wellness area also included for apartment-guests?

Yes, the well-being area of our hotel - with saunas, relax areas & more - is also free for apartment-guests.

What are the opening times of the wellness area?

Pool summer 07.00 am until 11.00 am & 12.00 am until 08.00 pm
Pool winter 08.00 am until 10.00 am & 03.00 pm until 08.00 pm
Sauna 03.00 pm until 09.00 pm

Are bathrobes available?

Cozy bathrobes are waiting for you in your room.
On request, you can also get bathrobes for your children.

Are there sheets and towels in the apartments?

Of course, your booked apartment is fully equipped.

Is the cleaning after departure included in the price?

Yes, the cleaning after departure is included.
