There is a rich breakfast buffet with hot coffee, fresh bread and pastries, homemade spreads, freshly- squeezed juices, a variety of hot dishes and so much more to start the day the right way - the delicious way! To sleep-in, and then sit down together at the table, this is where the story starts. The hotel restaurant in Saalbach Hinterglemm bears the AMA GOURMET REGION quality seal (“AMA GENUSS REGION”) and you can taste that not just in the wonderful starred-hotel-breakfast, but also in the afternoon, for example, when coffee and a large cake buffet await to delight children and adults alike.

For dinner, regional dishes and highlights from national and international cuisine are served on the lovingly laid tables in the hotel. Products from the region, food from responsible suppliers in Austria and fresh, seasonal ingredients are prepared to create wonderful dishes in the kitchen at the Thurnerhof. The daily five-course menus always include a vegetarian main course, and vegan options are available on request. Naturally, we also think about our younger guests and are pleased to offer a children’s menu too. All our dishes are served with noticeable and genuine hospitality and, upon request and recommendation, with fine delicacies from the selected drinks menu.
