There are plenty of festivals and celebrations to experience in the coming weeks in the region around the Thurnerhof during the Bauernherbst. Bauernherbst in Saalbach – the Hinterglemm Farmer's Market
The 41st Hinterglemm Farmer's Market from August 11 -13 is a popular traditional festival in the Glemmtal valley. You can easily reach the village centre from Hinterglemm from the Thurnerhof in less than ten minutes by car. you could also use the free hiking bus or go by bike (ride about 15 minutes). The following highlights are on the program during the weekend:

  • large children's area,
  • festive parade,
  • traditional customs area,
  • Trachtengolf – golf intraditional costume,
  • official opening with tappingthe beer keg,
  • various concerts,
  • festival tent and bars,
  • regional specialities and alpine handicrafts
  • and much more.
