Cancellation conditions summer:
During the entire summer season, you have the option of canceling your booking free of charge up to 14 days before your arrival date. In case of cancellation in the 14 days prior to arrival, the guest pays 70% of the total price. If the guest does not arrive, he pays an amount equal to the total price.
The guest pays a deposit of 10% of the travel amount.

During the entire winter season 2022/23, you have the option of canceling your booking free of charge up to 30 days before your arrival date. In case of cancellation in the 30 days prior to arrival, the guest pays 70% of the total price. If the guest does not arrive, he pays an amount equal to the total price.
The guest pays a deposit of 10% of the travel amount.

Check-In & Check-Out:
- Check-In is from 14.00 clock. Earlier check-in may be possible on request. Once a room is ready, of course, you can check-in.
- Check-Out - on the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10.00 am.
Additional information:
- Single occupancy in double room: € 25 per day
- Short-stay surcharge up to 3 days: plus 10% of the room price
- 3. Adults in a double room: minus 25% of the room price
- Dog cleaning surcharge: from € 25 until € 45,00 per day (Well-behaved dogs are allowed in the double room and apartments. Please indicate when booking that you are arriving with dog. On request we provide a dog bed. Please just call +43 6541 6639 before your stay.)
