Cancellation conditions
You have the option of canceling your booking free of charge up to 30 days before your arrival date. In case of cancellation in the 30 days prior to arrival, the guest pays 70% of the total price. If the guest does not arrive, he pays an amount equal to the total price. The guest pays a deposit of Euro 200,00 per room.

Till 14 days prior to your arrival no cost or fees will be charged, if one of the following factors occur:
