  • How far is it to the closest supermarket/shop?
The next supermarket (Billa) is about 1 kilometre away.

  • Is a late arrival possible?
Yes, a late arrival is possible. If you arrive after 6 pm, please give us a call.

  • Check-in & check-out: When can I check in and by when do I have to check out?
Generally, you can check in is from 2 pm. We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10 am on your departure day. An early check-in depends on when the previous guests leave the room and whether our staff can start cleaning the room. You can check in as soon as the room is ready.

  • Will I need a Vignette (road tax disc) for the journey there?
Yes, in Austria, the Vignette are required on all roads and motorways. You can buy it in petrol stations. You can also buy the digital version in the ASFINAG webshop at https://www.asfinag.at/maut-vignette/vignette/digitale-vignette/ (in German!). Please note that the Vignette only becomes valid 18 days after purchase.

 

  • What is the best way to reach the hotel from the airport?
Upon arrival at Salzburg Airport or Munich Airport, you can take a Holiday Shuttle to the hotel. We provide you with further information if you send a request or take a look at https://www.holiday-shuttle.at/en/saalbach-hinterglemm/book.

  • Where is the closest train station and how far away is it?
The next train station is in Maishofen in Zell am See. From there you can take the bus to Saalbach (approx. 20 minutes of driving time).

  • Where can I find current information about traffic obstructions and roadblocks?
