Winter fun is something which is very close to our hearts

A winter holiday in the mountains – time out at the Thurnerhof

With more than 270 kilometres of pistes of all difficulty levels, 70 modern ski lifts and more than 50 huts, Saalbach is one of the best ski areas in the Alps. For years, the gently rolling hills of the grass-covered Pinzgauer Grasberge mountains and the Alpine peaks have been known amongst insiders as a real skiing haven.

There is also plenty to do off-piste with 140 kilometres of hiking trails and many winter activities which will impress young and old holidaymakers alike for example tobogganing, cross country skiing, horse-drawn sleigh rides and much more. What could be nicer than a leisurely walk in the snow-covered landscape around the Thurnerhof

Back in the hotel, after all the active as well as leisurely hours in the fresh mountain air, guests can look forward to cosy rooms, delicious menus and blissful spa experiences. The infinity pool with view over Saalbach, choice of saunas, cosy restaurant and alpine bar – choose your favourite spot in which to relax!
